Frequently asked
Questions we get asked the most
Will SIP trunking work with our existing PBX?
If your PBX supports SIP (most made in the last 15 years do), yes. We provide the SBC if your PBX needs one, and we test interop before cutover.
How many concurrent calls can we have?
Trunks scale on demand. We size based on your busiest hour with 20% headroom. Common sizes: 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 concurrent.
What about emergency calls and 911?
Full E911 support. We register each user location and route emergency calls correctly. Multi-site locations get per-site E911 records.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Standard porting applies. We can also run hybrid for a transition period where some numbers stay on your old carrier while others port.
Do you offer per-minute or unlimited?
Both. Per-minute pricing is best for low-volume use; unlimited bundles are best for call centers and high-volume outbound. We will model both on your actual call records.
