Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting is standard and is included in our migration scope. Most US local numbers port in 5-10 business days. Toll-free is typically 2-3 weeks.
How does it work if our internet goes down?
Mobile + softphone clients reroute over cellular automatically. For desk phones, we offer failover-to-mobile call routing so inbound calls reach users even when the office WAN is down.
What desk phones do you support?
Polycom, Yealink, Cisco, Grandstream, and Snom over SIP. We provision phones in advance and ship pre-configured. BYOD phones supported.
Do you offer Microsoft Teams Direct Routing?
Yes. We provide the SBC, the SIP trunking, the carrier numbers, and the call routing. Your users keep Teams; we run the telecom layer.
What is your SLA?
