This privacy policy explains how Triton Cloud PBX (a service of Triton Computer Corporation) collects, uses, and protects information from website visitors and customers.
What we collect
- Information you provide via contact forms (name, work email, company, seat count, message)
- Analytics data (anonymized page views, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics, subject to your cookie consent
- Server access logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) for security and operations
Lawful basis (GDPR)
- Consent: cookies and analytics, where applicable
- Legitimate interest: server logs, security monitoring
- Contract: information needed to deliver service to customers
Third-party processors
Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (CDN + analytics), Wordfence (security), UpdraftPlus (backups to Google Drive). DPAs in place where applicable.
Retention
- Form submissions: 24 months
- Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default)
- Server logs: 30 days

International transfers
EU-customer data can be hosted in our Dublin region. Where US ↔ EU transfers occur, we use the latest Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Children
This is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We update this policy when our practices change. The “last updated” date at top reflects the current version.
