Where is PHI stored, and for how long?

Recordings and voicemail are stored encrypted at rest in our US data centers. Retention is configurable per extension or per IVR branch, from 30 days to indefinite.

What happens if a workforce member needs access revoked immediately?

Single-click revocation via admin portal. Audit log captures the action.
